Specification of Components

* Main Motor

It is used to drive the roll croe to rotate work .

* Hydraulic System

It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank ,the pump drive the car to transport and lifting job.

The system includes a set of hydraulic tank, a set of hydraulic oil pump, two hydraaulic pipes and two sets of electromagnetism vaves.

* Computer Control System

It is used to control the decoiler work. Computed mode : Automatic and Manual one.

* Roll Core

This roll core can expand or shirnk according to the diameter of steel coil , Change rank: 480-508mm .

* Limit Switch

When the steel coil unfold some length, the panel will touch this limit switch, then the hydraulic decoiler will stop working . When the panel left the limited switch, then the decoiler will work again and the coil will unfold.

* Track Trolley

This small track car is used to transport the steel coil . It can move forward and back , meanwhile it can go up and down to loading the coil into the roll croe.

Loading And Shipping

* Before loading , we will packed water proof paper on the machine and paint the oil on the roller and shaft .

* This 10 Tons Hydraulic Decoiler With Trolley need 1*20 GP container to load .
* Fix machine by steel wire rope, to ensure it will not damage when shaking on sea.
* We will take photos and videos for customer when loading to container .
