6. Delivery condition: Annealed, normalized(used for medium and low carbon steel, Short cycle ),stress-relieving.

8. Surface treatment: Oil-coating, black-painting, end plastic caps to be confirmed. 
9. Standard packing: In bundles tied with steel strips.
